Hawken - sound mod
#1
Hey eliot / anyone

Really, I just wanna swap out a few sound files for the weapons, and with some searching and hard work was able to find the upk with all the sounds in it, and can export them as .oggs, yet how do I repack a folder directory?
Or better yet replace it within your(or another) program?

The upk doesnt want to load with either your UE or the new UDK.

I wouldn't mind throwing some donation your way, i have hit a wall and Im thinking it might be impossible. I can send you any files if you wish.

I'm sorry, repackaging an .upk is not possible in any current tool that I'm aware of, only the Unreal Engine can do this.

FYI: UE Explorer cannot open compressed .upk files, in some games UE Explorer won't even prompt a dialog to ask you to decompress it.
